Look at the bright comfy addition to our apartment!

I know this is silly but we don't live near any of you and some of the family wanted to see everything we have. So I took picture of our bright new red couches! They are microfiber and super comfy; much better than the ol' air mattress!

Where is the snow?? Oh well, who cares!

In this Christmas season we love not having snow, and yet, we are starting to think that snow is what really makes Christmas time. Although I think we will take the warm, balmy Georgia weather and work with it to make it seem like Christmas time
Anyway, being the sentimental person that I am, I insisted that we have a Christmas tree to make it feel homey. So we went to Lowes and purchased the most perfect tree. We strapped it to the roof of the Malibu, never though that would ever happen... Then we went to Target and bought the cheapest red and white lights, some ornaments, and a bright red star! Yes, like usual I didn't read the package on the white lights and bought the outdoor ones with the white wire, ha ha! I cried a little but now we laugh about it. We decided that we didn't care if it was cheap, we just wanted it to feel like Christmas here in Georgia.

As you can see, the tree is up and it is placed next to the only other thing in our living room, our air mattress a.k.a our couch:) Our house smells of cranberry and satsuma oil ( my favorite!) from The Body Shop and it is wonderful. The Christmas spirit is here all the time and we love it!

The holidays in Savannah

Welp, this Thanksgiving was a little different. Jordan and I celebrated by ourselves! I never thought that we would be cooking the whole meal alone. Nevertheless, we had the whole sha-bang!

I didn't really worry that it would turn out gross because in the past I have always helped making a little bit of everything. Plus, Mom was just a phone call away to give me helpful hints. Our turkey turned out divine and we were very proud of it, ha ha. At the end of the night our bellies were full of yummy food and we crashed on the bed just like any other Thanksgiving.
